No one likes rules, but you know that they are a necessary evil....so, here goes.
Banner Ad Placement Rules and Conditions

- You must be a member of Mama's Coffee Shop to have any type of ad placed on the site. This is to assist me in keeping all of the information about you and your company correct.
- All banner ads are subject to my approval. If I deem if inapporpriate for any reason, it will not be posted. If this is found to be true, your payment will be refunded in full.
- All banner ads will run for the allotted time of 30 days. If more time is purchased, then be assured your ad will run for the full time. (For example: 3 months paid = 90 days placement.)
- All new banner ads will be placed on Mama's Coffee Shop on Tuesday evening. Therefore, if you want your ad to show up Wednesday morning, I must receive your ad by 5pm EST on Tuesday. There will be no exceptions (as this is help keep me sane).
- All banner ads will be removed from Mama's Coffee Shop once the allotted time is over. If you want to purchase more time, please do so via the order form on the site, I cannot do manual requests for placement.
- All banner ads must remain intact and veiwable at all times, or it will be removed from Mama's Coffee Shop without notice and no refund will be given. Broken or missing banners are unappealing. Also, this will cause you to miss out on customers because no one will be able to access your site.
- Banner ads will be placed in the following order:
* 125x125 button banners will be placed on the top of the page
* 468x60 banners will be placed after the button banners in the middle of the page
* 250x250 banners will be placed at the bottom of the page
This is because it looks more appealing to have all of the same sizes grouped together.
- All banner ads will be given one category to be listed in. If you feel your website/company should be listed in more than more one category, you understand that you will be required to pay for placement in each category.
- All banner ads are allotted for one month. If you feel that is not enough time for the time you have choosen for your banner ad, you understand that you will be required to pay for the additional time for the placement of your text ad.

Adult Store and Website Rules and Conditions

- Everyone knows what type of items are sold in your stores, therefore, no inappropriate or graphic wording will be accepted in any of your banner ads, text ads, sale ads or promotional ads.
- All ads are subject to my approval. If I deem it inappropriate for any reason, it will not be posted. If this is found to be true, your payment will be refunded in full.
- No graphic images will be allowed on any banner ads. No exceptions.
- No pronographic websites, personal graphic blogs or anything of the sort will be allowed, ever.
- If you are unsure of your site meeting any of these requirements, please contact me via the contact page and I will get back to you as quickly as possible.

Sale and Promotional Ads

- All sale / promotional ads are subject to my approval. If I deem it inapporpriate for any reason, it will not be posted. If this is found to be true, your payment will be refunded in full.
- All sale and promotional ads will be placed on Mama's Coffee Shop on Thursday. Therefore, if you want your ad to show up Friday morning, I must recieve your ad by 5pm EST on Thursday. There will be no exceptions (again, as this is to help keep me sane).
- All sale / promotional ads will be given advertising space in the form of a 125 x 125 button banner with a text box to the right that will hold 375 characters.
- All sale and promotional ads will be removed every Thursday evening, unless your purchase was for an additional amount of time. Be assured your ad will run for the full time. (For example: 3 weeks paid = 21 days placement)
- All sale / promotional ads will be removed from Mama's Coffee Shop once the allotted time is over. If you want to purchase more time, please do so via the order form on the site, I cannot do manual requests for placement.
- All sale and promotional ads are allotted for one week. If you feel that is not enough time for the time you have choosen for your sale or promotion, you understand that you will be required to pay for placement for the additional time to have your sale or promotion listed.

| Text Ads |
- All text ads are subject to my approval. If I deem it inapporpriate for any reason, it will not be posted. If this is found to be true, your payment will be refunded in full.
- All text ads will be placed on Mama's Coffee Shop on Monday. Therefore, if you want your ad to show up Tuesday morning, I must recieve your ad by 5pm EST on Monday. There will be no exceptions (once again, this involves my sanity).
- All text ads will be given advertising space in the form of written text. The space allotted will be able to hold up to 225 characters, this includes space for your website address and/or company name.
- All text ads will be removed every Monday evening, unless your purchase was for an additional amount of time. Be assured your ad will run for the full time. (For example: 3 months paid = 90 days placement)
- All text ads will be removed from Mama's Coffee Shop once the allotted time is over. If you want to purchase more time, please do so via the order form on the site, I cannot do manual requests for placement.
- All text ads are allotted for one month. If you feel that is not enough time for the time you have choosen for your text ad, you understand that you will be required to pay for the additional time for the placement of your text ad.

Everything Else
|
- All of these rules and conditions are subject to change without notice at any given time. I am not required to inform you to any changes that might have been added, removed or modified. As a member it is your responsibility to visit this Terms of Use page often.
- I am not one to intentionaly mislead, so I would expect you to contact me if you feel there is something we need to discuss.
- I am a Work at Home Mama, as I suspect most of you are, therefore I understand the time restraints on your lives. I hope you can understand that I aim to be available to assist in any way possible, as often as I can. My wish is to see ALL OF US SUCCEED!
- These Rules and Conditions are binding, regardless if you actually read them or not.
